When you say LFG, you mean let’s fuel growth. Mostly. You are always looking for a better way forward, from improving a process and growing the practice to getting everyone to stop saying, “That’s how we’ve always done it.”

You bring energy to the team and help turn ideas into action. Once you see an opportunity, you want to move. The challenge is making sure the systems around you can keep up with your pace.

A running list of improvements, a half-finished idea you are still excited about, and very little patience for meetings that end without next steps. 

Creating movement when everyone else is still discussing the problem.

Build enough structure around the momentum so growth does not create more friction. 

The goal is not just to move faster. It is to create progress that the people, processes, and systems around you can sustain.

Look at what would happen if patient volume, staff, or locations increased tomorrow. 

Identify which parts of the current process would scale smoothly and which would immediately require another spreadsheet, another person, or another workaround.
